ICT
ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) refers to technologies that enable access to information via telecommunications. It is related to information technology (IT), but it focuses on communication technologies. The Internet, wireless networks, cell phones, and other forms of communication are all included.
Information and communication technologies have provided society with a variety of new communication capabilities over the last few decades.
Modern information and communication technologies have created a "global village," in which people from all over the world can communicate as if they were neighbors. As a result, ICT is frequently studied in the context of how modern communication technologies impact society.
How Information and Communications and Technology (ICT) has transformed the
educational methodologies when you were in grade school and now in Senior High School?
1.a. The singing of national anthem (form a line, sing the national anthem with conductor)
When I was in elementary, we just line up on the field in front of the flagpole and sing with a conductor to guide us all throughout the song. Now that I'm a senior in high school, we sing the national anthem with instrumental music using an audio file downloaded from the Internet, linked to a speaker, and equipped with a microphone. The use of ICT during the singing of the national anthem had a significant impact because it used more advanced technology than was previously possible.
1.b. Presentation of visual aids

Elementary school teachers apply and illustrate the material we are studying on manila paper, which we copy into our notebooks. Visual aids are now created in SHS using Powerpoint, Photoshop, and other programs to be more thorough and simple for students to understand.

When I was in elementary school, teachers carried a class record with them at all times. They keep everything on a piece of paper with columns and rows. However, in my senior year of high school, it has become very easy for the teacher to record every activity and output. The only thing they have to do is enter the scores and all of the numbers into MS Excel, and the computer will do the rest.
1.d. Class Dismissal

The dismissal procedure in elementary school is relatively simple because each child is informed in front of the class.
However, as a senior high school student, specifically I became a grade 11 student, I experienced being dismissed through phones, laptops, and any other gadgets used for my online classes because it's a pandemic and we're in online learning.
1.e. Assignment and Research

During grade school, I usually do my assignments and research on my own, using books as a reference, and when I struggle, I ask my parents for help. However, in senior high school, it is easier to answer assignments and carry out research using the various resources available on the internet using computers, cell phones, and other gadgets that can browse the internet.
